Collaborate with Clients and Team Members to Review Creative Assets More Efficiently
It’s never been easier to collaborate on the video review process with both internal team members and outside vendors and clients. Using CROOW’s video review functionality, you can set limits on who sees a specific cut by uploading for internal or external review. When you upload for internal review, only your team members can see the video and leave feedback; when you upload for external review, anyone on the project has access to that cut. In practice, this helps to ensure that your deliverables are client-ready when sent to your client so that there are fewer rounds of revisions as a result.
With pre-production materials such as the creative brief, storyboarding, and automated call sheet at your disposal, upload a first cut that is up to par with pre-production expectations. To ensure that these first cuts are ready for client review, upload them for internal review so that your fellow team members can view the videos, leave feedback, and ensure that the video is ready for client review. Reviewers can upload files attached to feedback, timestamp feedback to a specific moment of the video, and leave as many comments as they would like. Every comment is marked to inform when the feedback was left and who made the feedback.
CROOW’s client portal makes it easier than ever to share assets directly with clients. The revisions process no longer requires endless emails; rather, you can simply send a revisions request to the client directly through the platform, alerting the client that the deliverable is ready for their review and feedback. If your clent prefers not to use the platform, you can simply send them a public link. Using the public link, your client can easily access the video and leave feedback. Once your client has input feedback for the video, apply the feedback and upload a subsequent cut.
Once clients have approved a deliverable and are ready to download and distribute the video, you can simply upload the deliverable as a final cut. In the final cuts section, your clients can download final deliverable directly from CROOW and access any additional assets you’ve uploaded – such as video transcriptions or thumbnails. Plus, your clients can access these deliverables at any point, so they never have to worry about accessing the final deliverables.
